Open Catch is a seafood restaurant made for the nights that turn into stories. Come in for a plate of oysters and a drink at the bar, settle in for grilled fish with friends, or make a whole evening of it. The food gives everyone a reason to gather; the table gives them a reason to stay.

THE INSPIRATION
WHY OPEN CATCH
The idea for Open Catch began on a small fishing boat. As a boy, our founder spent early mornings at sea with his father and grandfather, learning to watch the water, handle a line, and wait patiently for what the day might bring. The catch mattered, but so did the hours they spent together.
Back on shore, the fish became dinner. Someone cleaned it, someone tended the fire, and everyone found their way to the table. Those meals were simple and rarely hurried. They taught him that seafood tastes even better when it is shared with people you want to stay with.
Years later, he wanted to bring that feeling into a restaurant. Open Catch is his invitation to pull up a chair, order something from the sea, and let the evening unfold. You do not need a special occasion to gather around good food. Sometimes the occasion is being together.
